PRVO began developing affordable housing projects in 1997 through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.  PRVO and its affiliate PRVO Construction and Development, LLC have developed 333 three and four bedroom single family homes and 52 apartment homes. Properties are located in Bassfield, Columbia, Greenville, Hattiesburg, Laurel, Mount Olive, Poplarville, and Wiggins. PRVO currently serves as the property manager of all 385 homes and apartments developed by the agency.
